Adopt-A-Village
The nation of Burkina Faso is dotted with hundreds and hundreds of villages—all in desperate need of help. You or your organization, group, company, church, Bible study—can adopt a village—and make a direct impact on the poorest of the poor.
Once you adopt a village, we will assign a specific one to you, and you can then donate as you are able and your donations will directly help this village. You can even direct your donations to specific projects within your adopted village.
The amazing thing about Africa is how far a small amount of dollars will go:
•Roof for a new church $2,000.
When a church is planted in a village, the villagers will build the main structure out of mud bricks, and then we can finish it off with a roof.
•Water well and pump $10,000
Most villagers do not have access to clean drinking water. More children die in Africa from water-born diseases than from Aids.
• Electric Generator: $2,000
• Roof for a new school: $2,000
• Build a new school classroom: $10,000
• Equip a new school (desks, supplies, books): $5,000
